  • What type printing do you do?
    We offer sublimation printing (good for 50% polyester on light colors or higher count) and heat transfer printing. All pricing includes the design on the shirt (extra design fees will apply above 30 mins. time). We do partner with an embroiderer/screen printer locally and can offer those services. Please reach out for the additional fees associated with that service.
  • Can I do a custom order not listed on the site?
    YES! We welcome custom orders! We work hard with our clients to help them come up with exactly what they need/want within the budget they require. A proof is sent to the client ahead of time and agreed upon with the client and ourselves. 100% payment is required up-front for all custom orders.
  • What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
    Custom is our jam and we love trying new things. Whether it's helping a small business by tooking their light-up marquee sign, or large 70x80 glass window display or even custom stickers, we'll always try something new. Please inquire for costs. We specialize in helping small businesses, non-profits and schools as we do not have a minimum.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    We are 3-weeks out from full payment to delivery of all regular orders. Larger (bulk) orders require more time/planning so please contact us for the timing that is required. If you would like to jump the line and get the item sooner, a $15 rush fee/order will be added.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts?
    Yes! We love working with non-profits, schools and other groups in town and would love to help you within your budget.
  • How do I care for my items?
    Stickers/Decals: Apply to a clean surface with 72-hours free from moisture to allow time to cure. Apparel: Inside out wash in cold/tumble dry 2-days (or more) after receiving). After this intial set, wash normal. Cups: Hand-wash epoxy cups only. Handle with care. If drop, please contact us for re-epoxy fees. Do not microwave or leave in hot car as epoxy like to return to liquid state.
  • Do you accept returns?
    All sales are final, however we stand by our products. If within 5 days of delivery, you are not happy/satisified with your purchase, we will work with you to come up with a solution that satisifies all parties. Once again, proofs are sent to the clients ahead of time and agreed upon to avoid confusion.
  • I don't have a logo, can you help?
    Yes! I offer logo design for $50/2 hour and then $50/hour after. I will release the image in high-quality in all versions you will ever need. We can also help with business cards (off-site printing), banners, car logos and more to brand your new venture.
